Step 1: Important information

This form should be completed by the hub coordinator, who will act as the main contact person with the TIMEPIX@school team.

We strongly encourage all applicants to carefully read the Call for Proposals page in full before starting this application form. It contains essential information about eligibility criteria, project expectations, timelines, and submission requirements. Upon selection, successful hubs will be required to sign an agreement outlining the terms and conditions of participation in the TIMEPIX@school programme. This document will specify roles and responsibilities, loan conditions, detector use, as well as data management and protection.

We value clear, concrete, and context-specific responses. Please refer to your educational context and describe examples that reflect how the project would be implemented in your partner schools.

At the end of each step of the application, you will have the option to save your progress, allowing you to complete the form at a later time if needed. Please note that any saved information will be evaluated by the TIMEPIX@school team only when and if the application is formally submitted. Submission is possible only upon completion of all required steps.

In case of any problems with the application process, please contact us.

If helpful, we also provide a preview version of the form to give you full visibility of all application steps and questions. In contrast to the official application form, fields are not mandatory in the preview form, allowing you to navigate freely through all sections.
